Pressure and Gravity Die Casting

Our automatic Pressure Die Casting machines can produce components up to 3.2 kgs. (cast area 350 sq. cm.). Since our machines are equipped with auto ladling, auto extractor and auto spraying, it ensures conversion in minimal cycle time. The process parameters are precisely monitered by the PLC system in order to obtain optimal quality output.

These are supplemented by in-house fettling facilities and other post Die casting operations like turning, drilling, tapping.......

We offer completely machined pressure tight castings along with surface treatment like shot blasting/ plating/ anodizing..... Gravity die casting services are also offered.

Precision Machining

The partnership with Shakthi Precision Components complements our casting manufacturing activity which enables us to offer completely machined castings. The machining facility is fully equipped to handle high volume parts. Complete in-house inspection facilities coupled with good fixturing capabilities guarantee best value for money.
